Arm injury A&E?

I had my arm shut in a door a week ago and my hand is slightly numb and have pins and needles in my wrist, the pain is still there but not bad, just where the bruise has come up. There's a visible lump and slight sweeping. Pain also in upper arm, as if bruised. Fingers feel swollen if I close my hand.

Should I bother with A&E?

Out of hours GP service and take it from there.

Call 111 and they will advise you on the best course of action. Definitely needs seeing over the weekend though.
