Ooh I had this recently! I'm still getting over it tbh I would say I felt bloody awful for 12 days. Could potter more and do jobs around the house, active childcare for another 5 days. I then really struggled with my normal routine for a few more days before starting to feel a bit more normal. So I would say I'm now 4 weeks after it started and still struggling with post viral fatigue in the afternoons and evenings (thank heavens for cbeebies), but otherwise I'm good to go just these last couple of days.
