Irregular 'lady times' now getting worse

Hi, I have name changed to post this.

Quick bit of back ground info. I'm 39, I suffer with Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in most joints due to joint hypermobility. This was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago.

I have been to the GP more frequently than I ever have over the past couple of years(really don't like GP's!) as I have not been myself for one reason or another, I have had numerous blood tests which only ever highlights high white blood cell count and I'm always asked if I'm getting over a bacterial infection which I never am. Last test 12 months ago did also show low iron levels and I was advised to take iron supplements and vitamin D.

My periods have never really been regular so unlike some ladies who know when it will happen I have always had to use the feeling of a high temp, vile mood swings and chronic headaches as my cue. They started to change from what I call the norm about 2 years ago. They would be longer, heavier and then nothing for 6 weeks to come back short and light but since the beginning of June I have now had 4 very heavy/painful periods lasting roughly 5 days each time. I feel drained, dizzy, one minute I'm adgitated the next I could cry. I have no get up and go, I don't want to go anywhere or do anything. I'm struggling to keep on top of everything at home. My son has had to wake me in a morning because I have slept through my alarm, I have never done this if anything I have always been up before my alarm has even gone off.

Amongst this I had an allergic reaction to something during the very hot weather, my face was 3 times it's usual size but no probs with my throat, which has left me with a rash and a constant crawling feeling all over my body which makes me want to scratch my skin off. I have some bruising on my legs which I think I have made by scratching but I don't usually bruise that easily so wonder if I have scratched a little to hard in my sleep or something.

I have just booked an appointment with the GP, luckily I have gotten in with the same one who listened and sent to for Xrays which is why I found out I had the arthritis unlike the previous ones.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this before because right now it is getting me down and I don't feel that I can talk to anyone close to me because they all have their own issues at the moment.
