Pelvis damage? Sudden baaad shooting pains

Hi!

I feel silly for asking about this but its really hurting!

I was in work earlier on, just went the toilet as usual. I cant remember if i sort of dropped onto the toilet hard or something but ever since ive had horrible sudden shooting pains up my pelvis area, like right up my foof.

Now since then every time i sit or stand or move i get a massive shoot and i feel like my insides are going to fall out of it - what the hell could have caused this?

Any ideas would be much appreciated!
