Is anyone here on Metformin for PCOS?.
I've just started it on Wednesday. On 500mg for a week, then 500mg 2x a day for a week, then a steady 500mg 3x a day.
With you what did it help with, did it help you loose weight? Did it help you get pregnant? What were any side effects?
Basically I'm asking for your PCOS/ Metformin story. The good and bad!
I've been wanting to start it for years but the docs refused but I went to a new doctor on Wednesday and broke down, I didn't even ask, she told me she is prescribing the Metformin as it should have been prescribed it years ago. So I'm grateful to finally be on it but I'm super nervous that it won't work for me.
Anything will be helpful x
