Just wondered if anyone had had this. It started on the outer side of the knee, just catching when you get up from a chair etc but by Wednesday when walking the leg felt it would give way and had a bit of pain in the hip. Saw a physio on Wednesday when he diagnosed this. Gave me exercises and said the gluteal muscles need some working on.
The pain in the hip has gone but have sort of tenderness and pain in the thigh when I get up from sitting. Also hurts when pottering around which is all I am doing at the moment. Also got numbness from the front of the knee to the shin but I think this is beginning to get less. Any ideas how long it takes to recover at least to be able to walk painfree and the numbness going.
