TMI, sorry, but I'm LEAKING! And it isn't when I laugh or cough!

Please, please help or point me to some advice (before I start carrying FemFresh wipes, spare pants, air freshener and spare trousers round with me!)
I don't understand....my knickers are damp and smell of wee. My jeans and trousers aren't damp but also smell. It's not stress I incontinence, I don't remember the last time I sneezed or coughed and felt a leak!
It's just like...a constant tiny flow!!
I noticed it yesterday, when I was giving a presentation, the sheer smell of me wafted....I felt sick that my colleagues could possibly smell it too! Sad
My PJ's had the same smell and dampness this morning, despite me having a bath and washing thoroughly.
I wore a scented pad all day today, but the smell of wee is still there, and the pad is damp too!
I had the transvaginal sling fitted in 2009 which worked wonders for stress incontinence after two huge babies.
It's just now...I absolutely stink Sad

Your TV sling only has a lifespan of 10 years ish, maybe it's given up the ghost. Ugh, poor you. Back to Urology, I fear.

Fresh urine doesn't have any odour. If urine is stinky it could be a UTI. The other type of incontinence is urgency which you can have without stress incontinence. See your GP.

I have the same problem op (just so you know it's not just you Blush). I have to keep myself as fresh as possible otherwise I can smell it. It's def wee and not a UTI or vag infection as I've been tested for everything. I use liners every day (not quite on the Tena lady yet), change my undies regularly etc etc. I've just got used to it now. Docs were very blasé and not really interested. Said I have a mild prolapse after examination but said it as if every woman has one Hmm

Given me a regime of fifty million pelvic floors a day which have done fuck all.

You have my sympathies 😔

Tanfastic did they offer to do anything for the prolapse? It's awful that's its been dismissed by them!
Stuffedshirt it doesn't smell when it's fresh, just when it's been on my pants for a whole. Back to the scented pads! Sad

Glad I found this thread as I have been worrying about the same thing. I had physio after my first DS which was more for weak feeling than leakage although I did have some of that too. However after DS2 the feeling isnt so bad but I have to wear pads too as I noticed dampness and a smell of urine when I dont remember feeling like I had leaked. It is worse in the morning and also if I dont go for a wee straight away I think it may start to sneak out.

I suppose I had got used to it and hoped noone else noticed until my small DS untactfully noted the smell the other day. I was mortified and now am wondering what can be done...

Ladies there is a pelvic organ prolapse group on Facebook where there is lots of information. Sounds as though you should get back to your GP and get referred to a urologist to find out what's going on.
