Hi guys I'm new here so apologies if this has already been brought up somewhere before I have scrolled through before posting to check tho can't see anything.

Basically I'm having a major stress out and need some advice before I seek medical help as could be nothing. I have a typical cycle ranging from 28-31 days. However this month I have somehow managed to have 2 periods.my first was "normal" time wise same as every month lasting the usual 5 days then 3 weeks later (day 24 of cycle) I started off with spotting which then turned really heavy and remained heavy for 3 days. It's been 6 days to date now and although it's slowed it's still happening and still slightly clotty (so sorry it's TMI) Just concerned as usually my periods only last 5 days. In the past 6 months I've lost over 2st in weight and the past month alone had a lot of stress so wondering if these could be factors? I've had unprotected sex but not around the "window of opportunity" so to speak yet I'm aware pregnancy etc is an option also not sure if I would get an accurate result whilst bleeding either. To put it bluntly my heads mashed and just wondered if anyone has experienced this? Thank you in advance 😊
