*Warning TMI pic included* what's this bleeding?

I have my periods like clockwork, I've had some cramps and bleeding quite heavy and passed something about the size of my palm.
My last period finished a week ago so not sure why I'm bleeding again already or what this pinky fleshy thing is?
Could it just be an early period? Have been quite stressed.
Sorry for the tmi pic, passed this then had small fleshy clots blush

Hope I've not grossed you out.

Jeez, the pics on MN...blush. OP, could it be a stray clot from yr last period? Or another period? Miscarriage maybe? I can see why you are worried. Hope you find out.

Based on previous threads of a similar nature I think that if you continue to bleed and are needing more than one pad an hour then you need urgent medical attention.

Otherwise call your GP first thing.

Sorry about the pic I'll ask MN to take down the thread

QuimReaper Wed 25-Jan-17 00:08:38

I can't make head nor tail of that pic OP. No need to ask MNHQ to take it down though, it isn't offensive, I just can't work out what it's supposed to be?

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen Wed 25-Jan-17 00:10:09

You've made it PERFECTLY clear there is a tmi picture in your thread title, why posters then click on and moan about it is beyond me!

OP maybe a clot from last period? I'd keep an eye and if you continue to bleed see the GP.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen Wed 25-Jan-17 00:10:58

Quim- big clot in the toilets pan.

I'm not going through a pad an hour, every other maybe, I thought maybe an early miscarriage but I haven't tested.
Sorry for the pic again, didn't know where to ask and it freaked me out 😳

VioletHornswaggle Wed 25-Jan-17 10:59:13

Give 111 a call OP. Tell them you're passing clots and getting through a pad in 2 hours and how long it's been since your last period. See what they say for who to see. Or call the GP surgery now on the off chance they have some appointments left today.

LHReturns Wed 25-Jan-17 17:02:39

I'm not offended by the photo at all. I can't quite make out what I am looking at though.

Could it be a decidual cast?

I never said I was offended wink I just said 'jeez'...

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH Wed 25-Jan-17 21:17:33

It was a clot the size of my palm and then some fleshy bits/clots been coming out, sorry should have explained blush

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH Wed 25-Jan-17 21:21:57

Forgot to say 111 doesn't operate in my part of Wales.

Flibbertyjibbit Wed 25-Jan-17 21:25:41

111 doesn't exist in Wales but you can still call NHS direct on 0845 46 47 for advice.

PoshPenny Thu 26-Jan-17 00:47:00

An early miscarriage would be a likely explanation. Maybe watch and wait for now?

Rockingaround Thu 26-Jan-17 01:08:46

Yes maybe an early miscarriage but I doubt it seeing as though you had a period a weeks ago. If you have a fever or feel unwell I'd call or go to a&e. If not I'd make an emergency app with the GP in the morning. Hope you're ok x

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH Thu 26-Jan-17 09:25:28

I've an appt tomorrow so will see. Getting a lot of cramps so going to rest and see how it goes.

Rockingaround Thu 26-Jan-17 10:24:00

I wouldn't wait until tmrw OP, call the GP back and say you need an emergency appointment, especially if you've had more clotting? X

Ilovecaindingle Thu 26-Jan-17 10:29:16

Can you do a hpt today? Would confirm if it was a mc.

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH Fri 27-Jan-17 10:37:05

Seen GP this morning, he suspects miscarriage as had a positive test but still bleeding heavy, got to go back Monday for an examination.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen Fri 27-Jan-17 19:06:44

Sorry OP 💐

ICantThinkOfAUsernameH Fri 27-Jan-17 19:36:48

Thank you DameDiazapam

Rockingaround Sat 28-Jan-17 10:52:41
