My osteopath says this is what I have done. Right knee. Two weeks in and still in agony. Can't straighten my leg properly so all the muscles are screaming. Can't walk the dog as I can't walk more than 15 mins.
Taking cuprifen regularly, icing regularly. It is strapped up.
Keeping me awake at night.
Feeling pretty miserable with it.
Anyone else suffering? Any top tips?
