Shoulder pain and swelling down my side

Have had pain in my shoulder for a few months now - some days mild, some days agonising. Right where my bra strap sits.

Now seems to be worse every day, and have got slight swelling to shoulder. What'/ freaking me out is that it also runs down my side and just into my right breast.

I need to get it checked, don't I? Am on sickness management plan at work following a period of severe anxiety about a year ago and they will go nuts if I am off.

Go and see an osteopath. They are not NHS and you'll pay but you'll get i straight away and they will be 'hands on' be able to sort it for you.

I would get medical advice OP before I tried an osteopath.
