I'd really appreciate any info. It's been a long weekend ...
DH had a routine rectal examination last week for piles but as part of it the Dr said his prostate felt 'hard' and sent him for a PSA blood test.
2 days later he had a call from hospital to come to a urology appointment on Tuesday.
This is all obviously very worrying and I have been trying to get together as much info as possible for the appointment so we ask the right questions.
One thing I've found it very difficult to find anything about is a symptom he has had for about 6 months - 'dry orgasm.' (Basically there is no fluid / semen - as I said in title sorry for TMI )
I had tried to get him to go to go about it but because we already have our children so no fertility concerns he didn't go.
Does anyone know if this is significant for prostate cancer.
Thank you
