What is wrong with my leg im going crazy

Ive been having leg pain for a month now and i went to the doctor twice and they told me it was a sprain. They took x rays on my ankle and every looked good. Recently ive been having knee pain amd the ankle pain is gone. The pain isnt there when i walk its just comes somtimes when im laying down. Does someone know why or how to make it stop please answer im going crazy and i have health anxiety
