My wife is facing problem with her lower left leg around the ankle area. They come frequently with deep pain starting from the knee region and comes down to the ankle area. We did many tests to check for blood clots but the doctor didn't find anything wrong. With one of my friends suggestion we have decided to consult a physiotherapic treatment clinic in Ontario( www.physiomed.ca/treatments/physiotherapy/ ) for the leg pain. Any idea for this problem? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Are they cramps or pain when she walks or they just come randomly? Ive had this problem and i went to the doctor because i had leg cramps and they told me it was a sprain, they pain is becoming less frequent with time very slowly. It didnt hurt to walk or anything but when i layed down they appeared let me know what they tell you since im curious too

Might sound strange but get her to get her back checked.

I have something wrong with one of the disks in my lower back and because of it I get sharp, searing pain in my left ankle and lower leg.
