I'm in so much pain I can't sleep

Long story short last Thursday I cut the back of my throat with a crisp
It felt like a little spot which then filled with blood to the size of a small bouncy ball
I couldn't swallow or talk properly and started to panic when it suddenly burst

It's been sore since but dear god tonight the pain is in my jaw, my face, tongue, ear and side of my head
No obvious sign of infection
I really don't want to go to OOH
I've taken some brufen & cocodamol now but I'm still lying here in agony

I finally dropped off about 3am with all the painkillers & some difflam

Feels a lot less painful this morning
