Yikes. Things just moved about and I can't feel my Mirena.

I had this strange feeling about two hours ago which felt a bit like my five-year-old prolapse repair failing as things kind of flopped again, in about three stages like a lift dropping down three floors.

I went to investigate and it certainly feels flopped, I think I might be slightly incontinent as there is leakage, and I can't feel my coil threads at all.

I have a slight stomach ache but this might be psychosomatic.

It is also Saturday afternoon and health care is rubbish OOH in this area. I am not planning any orgies over the weekend but similarly I have no idea how urgent this is as a medical condition.

What to do?

Not urgent. The advice when you can't feel your IUD is to use additional contraceptive precautions until you can get an appointment and then if the GP or nurse can't find it they should send you for a scan. (I was just reading this guidance we were sent last week from our family planning clinic)
