Ringing up Kings College hospital

Hi. Has anyone had any luck getting through to Kings by phone recently? I've been ringing their main line for a few days now and it just rings and rings. I also tried their appointment number (not the dept I need but thought I might have more luck) but that (whilst at least it had some recorded info) had a Very long wait. Thanks in advance for any tips you may know on how to get in touch.

How odd .I've not tried recently but have never had trouble in the past .
