For two weeks I have had an ache and tight feeling in my upper chest wall, so centre between collar bone and cleavage. I have been under stress for quite a while, esp the last year or so. I am putting it down to anxiety. I suspect my bp migt be up, but not sure. I am reluctant to go to the doctor, as last time I went with similar, ages ago, it went on my medical records and I almost missed out on a job because of it (had to give employer all of my medical records for previous five years - they put me through the mill when it showed i had had a low period after redundancy). I will go if it deteriorates more, but I just wondered if anyone else has had similar, and if you can suggest anything to relieve it? I am also very tired, but have no support where I live and dh works away most of the time. The root of the stress cannot be fixed unfortunately. Thank you
