Sore Nipple

I've woken up today with my right nipple really sore. Its protruding and hurts if anything including my t shirt touches it. I'm getting some shooting pain into my breast. Anyone have any idea before I call the doctor?

Hi, personally I wouldn't take any chances. I'd ring and be seen. Better to get checked now, even if it's nothing. Can you touch it enough to see if you feel anything different or unusual?
