Swollen glands after a dental clean

Hi there,
I was just wondering if any dentists about before I may have to move on this.I got my teeth cleaned Friday and also a wisdom tooth checked out(growing horizontally had an infection a few months ago)Anyway, since I finished with my clean, my glands on neck are swollen and random pain under ears during day, more painful tonight, a feeling like mumps !!Anyway, is this part of the afters of a clean/ checking wisdom tooth I'm wondering.If so I will put up with it.I have severe allergies and treated latex free etc with a great dentist but this is day 4 and still the same.Thanks in advance
