I feeling very down due to alopecia and am very stressed and work (hence the alopecia probably!)
Two people have recommended yoga but im really not very bendy and 2st overweight. So ,my question is really can fat girls do yoga? lol
Seriously though, is it all heels over heads and really for the thin and fit?
Any other natural suggestions to lift dark gloomy moods would be much appreciated, i'm snapping at the kids and just feeling sorry for myself but I can't seem to get a grip.
