another food poisoning panic

2 year old ds managed to polish off about a quarter off a quarter of a tin of baked beans that had been sitting in a pan since lunch time [nice.] Have I given him food poisoning? Terrifed. Sorry to bother, but could do with some sound advice.

Unless it was lunchtime a couple of days ago I wouldn't give it another thought.

keep having terrible images of having given him botulism. Don't know what's got into me at the moment.
