sinus issue

For about the last month I have had an excess of snot (sorry) from my right nostril. Its not blocked totally but I have to keep blowing my nose. I havent got a cough or any mucous on my chest but my cheek bone feels tender too touch and there feels a bit of pressure. I don't feel ill and its more annoying than anything...could it be a sinus infection even though i'm not in pain.
I have never had hay fever xx
