Pain in tummy that won't go away

I feel really really bloated like I need to pass wind or go for a poo, but I've done both those and there's no relief. I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago by the way and they took my cervix but left my ovaries (I'm 47). It even hurts to stand or sit and feel like a huge pressure inside in my lower tummy/bum area. Also other odd pains like in my shoulder. I'm going away tomorrow for 3 days and really I just want to be in bed but don't want to let my boyfriend down. I'm not constipated as I've already been today and I've not eaten anything unusual. Any ideas as googling isn't helping!
