anyone with knowledge of Urticuria vasculitis(sp?)

Hi
I had an outpatient immunology appointment yesterday as my gp felt that a lot of my skin problems are Urticura rather than allergies as diagnosed by my previous gp.

The consultant was certain that contact urticura was the main cause but has tested for the vasculitis issue due to a recent bad fare up of lesions which ended with me receiving steroid injections in a&e.

Does anyone have experience of this condition ss I can find information on symptoms but notmuch on treatment and what it means day to day.
