Help diagnose my sore tongue/mouth

I have had a shocking cold for the last week. Really heavy on my nose and thick green snot. On sun felt particularly awful. Ten my tongue started hurting. I have one mouth ulcer in my cheek. But main problem is the inside of my lips feels like sandpaper to my tongue. Not sure whether the horrible texture is on my tongue or lips. My mouth looks normal when I inspect it.

Ds had hand foot and mouth in nov and I didn't. Could I have been incubating it since then?

I don't have a temp. Nothing on my hands or feet.
