...and it's very mild, so don't feel i should see a doctor yet....but what could it be? just low blood pressure from being tired with a 3 month old and 2 preschoolers? Worse when i stand up. I'm fairly certain i'm not pregnant. any ideas....quick before i type it into google and scare the pants off myself!

My daughter age 12 frequently gets like this but to the point she faints, hers is due to low blood pressure, it could be your bp is a little low today, I wouldn't worry too much unless symptoms continue, it could even be your coming down with something. When shes like this the doctor tells her to lie with her feet rate to help increase her blood pressure, I know that's easier said than done with little ones but just try and take it easy today

Labyrynthitis (I think that's how to spell it) is an inflammation of the middle ear, causes dizzyness, nausea and puking (eventually), so it could be this You can get some medication from your GP but could try travel sickness medicine. Littlemiss's post could also be right so try that first.

If you need to move around then try to move slowly to give the balance thingies in your ears the chance to stabilise, this will really help.

Thanks for the replies. It's really not too bad, just noticeable. I'll take it easy and if it gets worse i'll go to GP. Saved me from googling anyway!
