Okay so it's my first time posting here. I am slightly worried at the moment. I have always had very regular periods and I'm on the pill too which always makes them regular too. About 4 month ago I had a bit of bleeding a week before I was due on and when I spoke to a nurse she told me not to be too worried and it could be stress. It happened once again after that and now it's happened again today. I am currently full of flu, I lost my mum just before Christmas, and I am having so many other problems at the moment.
I am completely worried that something is wrong but then I have loads of people including nurses telling me that my body is just under a lot of stress and with it only being such a small amount of bleeding with no pains or anything else along with it not to worry too much. I don't actually know what I am asking I guess I just wanted to know if I should be worried, I know I am putting more stress on my body by worrying about this but I just can't stop worrying :(
Thanks in advance for any replies.
