Total lack of energy, any solutions?

Hi

Does anyone have any solutions to ease my lack of energy?

I'm mid 30s, diet is quite rubbish, no exercise, am sleeping pretty good lately but have suffered with bad sleep on and off for the past 12 ish years. I feel so lethargic all the time, even after a good nights sleep. I know diet wtc needs changing but I'm in a vicious circle of just being too tired to know where to start.

Can anyone help? Maybe recommend a plan of some sort for half term? I'm fed up feeling like this. Blood tests keep coming back fine so there's no medical reason.

"diet is quite rubbish"

I'm afraid it really does make a difference. We seem to be able to get away with it when very young but not forever.

My energy levels improve no-end when I cut out refined sugar. It's not easy to do, which is why I have currently fallen off the wagon (flippin Christmas) but it makes a massive difference to me.

I find getting outdoors a bit helps too and try to have at least 30mins walk in daylight everyday.
