get the sandals out again - fresh air v good for it!
better than getting all sweaty in socks

so long as they don't look too offensive...

I have a bunion on one foot. It's not that noticeable unless you really look, it's a lump on my big toe, but it really restricts the kind of shoe I can wear. Even in DMs it can be painful! And I'm only young(ish), it's all set to get worse as I get older! Sad

Ok - I have bunions on both feet, a blister on top of one of the bunions (not sure how I managed that), a verruca on one foot and a cluster of them about the size of a 10p piece on the other.

I've painted my nails a nice shade of pink but it's doing nothing to detract from the rest of the horror story.

I need help!

I had a lovely pedicure yesterday - reckon I must have lost at least 2 lbs with the amout of hard skin she took off! Now sporting lovely dark red toe-nails.

And I bought Cod's Flexitol cream in Boots when back in UK last weekend so no excuses for keeping up the maintenance!

At least my feet will look nice when I have my smear test this afternoon!!!!

Sorry LGJ! But was ooop North in Chester!

At DH's step-mum's mum's 100th birthday. Was a bit afraid the excitement would kill her but apparently not! Thank God. Was a bit of a dodgy moment at one point during the whole LONG family photo session but thankfully she had just fallen asleep!

MIL's sis & family came from LA and couldn't understand why I would prefer to go shopping rather than go to Llandudno in the rain. Even DH wanted to go shopping!

Shopping V's Llandudno in the rain, no competition, but I would have brought my brolly.

'kin hate shopping.

BudaBabe · 30/05/2006 10:44

It was quite nice! No rows. No "face" on DH when I just nipped into a shoe shop and ended up trying on 3 pairs and buying the first pair.

But it was mostly shopping for him and DS.

But buying sandals did make me realise how bad my feet were and reminded me I needed to go to Boots for Flexitol!

So neatly back to original subject of thread!

My verrucae are being pretty much left to get on with it at the momentBlush. Got duct tape stuck over one currently, tried bazuka gel and some paint on stuff, tried nail varnish and banana skins. Probably going for Wartner next but it's so expensive.

What's this flexitol stuff?

I run a bit so truly smooth feet aren't really an option but they could be much better than they are now.
