That would freak me out! Can you get your DH/DP to demonstrate the sitting down pee method handy for the under 3's and over 60's?

As my DP says to DS1 as he SITS on his potty...don't forget to point your pee pee down! Wink

Now, I'm sorry but if I were in anyone's house, my own and especially someone elses, and I had some form of accident in the bathroom...I would clean up after myslef in an effort not to expose my accident-prone nature...yes?

I don't think he realises - do you think I should have a word with MIL to suggest he starts to sit down.

DH sits down because he is erm...anal about not making a mess - and he's only 40.

lol lol lol

Wonder how your dh would feel about 5000 women knowing he sits down to pee then threebob?

Better than 5000 women knowing that he'd dribbled on the floor.

My FIL lives a way away. When he DOES come up to visit the family he 'does the rounds' visiting all 3 sons. He ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS waits till he comes to ours ans then goes and does a big stinking poo - no matter which order he sees us in (first, middle or last) Angry

When I saw the title I thought it meant your PIL wouldn't use the loo in your house! Missed the emphasis on in!

I think this 'older' generation are used to having someone clean up after them all the time...

Sorry, meant to say older generation of men

Oh sympathies, my dad is like this. I try and drop hints by hollering at the DSs to make sure they get theirs IN the loo - but he doesn't take the hint Sad.

I blame my mother for letting him get away with it all these years Grin.

maybe you could try floating a ping-pong ball in the loo! I've heard that it's one of the ways to train boys where to point!

why men taught to stand anyway i hve never understood. mt dh moans cos ds1 sits where he makes him stand.

Seems silly to stand when there is only a toilet and no urinal. Ds went after him and said very loudly "why is there wee on the floor?" Sadly FIL is a little deaf so wouldn't have heard. Maybe I will have a quiet word with MIL, though as their toilet is always encrusted with yellow stuff (I hate going at their house) I'm not sure where I'll get.

My cleaner can't come this week - I am devastated - she is very free with the bleach.
