Can you have a tummy bug with no d&v?

Hi
Is it possible to have a tummy bug without having any actual d&v? Since Saturday, I've had cramps / gurgling / bloating / sharp pain feeling sort of everywhere in my tummy / lower abdomin. I still seem to get hungry for food, but it gets worse after eating.
Has anyone else had this? Am trying out some peppermint tea while at work to see if it helps! Feel pretty awful though.

Yep, sometimes with added evil burps. Tends to hang around a bit but I'd agree that if it's no better in a week see yr GP
