Kidney stones managing the pain

Hi all

Had a wonderful weekend with a horrid attack of renal colic and infection. Cat scan today showed 3 stones in left kidney and one on the right that has moved to the bladder. I have anti biotics and medication to relax my tubes in the hope that at least the one on bladder will pass before another scan in two weeks.

Question is this, the one into bladder is causing real pain in my vagina, have taken over the counter codeine and paracetamol which hasn't touched it, any ideas? Thanks.
