That's it really. Feel bunged up. Not sinuses but in ears. Nothing coming out but when I move head feel like liquid sloshing around but not all of the time. Am coughing and bringing up phlegm occasionally and sometimes have a snotty nose but not all of the time.

Am pregnant, early days, so can't take simultaneously or anything like that to clear congestion and am slowly going mad!!

Tried to book to see doctor today but after 4 minutes of trying to get through they told me all appointments taken!!

What can it be? Not really painful just really annoying. Is there something I could be missing?

Just bloody fed up. Even googled bloody ear candles thinking lighting one of those and sticking it in my ear would bring forth rivers of ear snot but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Please any ideas before I stick a turkey baster in my ear to see what I can suck out!!! Hmm

It could be an ear infection (both DS and I are prone). Your ears are attached to your throat so there could be gunk coming through the tubes and into your throat.

Do not put anything into your ear. People have punctured their eardrums and caused deafness doing so. (I've had a ruptured eardrum- sooooo painful)

Ear infections usually clear up within two weeks but you will know whether it is bad enough that you need it resolving before then.

Antibiotics can be given topically into the ear.

Otherwise, it's usual infection drill: plenty of fluids and rest.
