I've recently had various stomach issues (still undiagnosed as waiting for appt). On advice from my acupuncturist I've cut out wheat and dairy which has definitely helped and my tummy has been much more settled.
However I've started to reintroduce some products here and there i.e breadcrumbs in a recipe and I seem to have a really strong reaction. I also re introduced a little milk in tea and yogurt after dinner and now seem very constipated on top of the weird stomach pains.
It seems odd that my body could be having such strong reactions to things I have always consumed without a problem. I thought this would be a temporary thing but now I'm worried I could be stuck with it!! I've only cut them for about 3 weeks.
Any advice on food intolerances would be gratefully received as I feel like I'm fumbling around in the dark and don't know what to do!
