Random sensation in my eye- like it might pop out! Any opticians/ ophthalmologists out there?!

When I blow my nose I get this odd feeling only in my right eye that it might almost pop out if I blow too hard. It started when I was pregnant last year so I attributed it to that but it hasn't gone away.
I asked my DH to look and obviously my eye isn't popping out. Could it be fluid behind the eye? I have to rub my eye after blowing my nose and that seems to resolve it.
I am short sighted if that's relevant.
Anyone have any ideas? Is it just one of those things or shall I get the optician to check it out?
