Tummy bug or germs?tmi

hello ladies
yesterday at work i thought I was getting a migraine which is normal for me so I took usu migraleive then I starting feeling sicker and sicker at home and went straight to bed when I got home and have had bad d&v since then I was wondering whether it's a tummy bug or germs BECAUSE I noticed I'd had my sarnies in a container which had previously had raw chicken in it? its been thru the dishwasher at least once since then.opinions please x
