pain 6 months after clip sterilisation

Hi can anyone help or who have had previous experience.

Was sterlised 6 months ago with clips, very painful but settled down. However everytime my husband and I have sex and no matter how gentle we are, it hurts just were the clamps are and then for days I am in pain.

Have had an ultrasound which showed a little fluid behind one tube but that didnt explain the pain on the otherside. My consultant finds me a bit of a mystery and is sending me for an MRI to find out more.

Would having the clips removed and the tubes cut and tied help with the pain?

Has anyone had this experience??

I had this and was pregnant again a year after the sterilisation. See your gynaecologist!
