Abnormal liver function

I had obstetric cholestasis in my last pregnancy (a couple of years ago). Previously, had never had any liver problems, and liver function went back to normal within days of the birth.

However, I recently had some bloods taken as I have been suffering with fatigue, heavy periods and depression and my doc wanted to rule a few things out. I got results over the phone today and was told I have 'abnormal results' but not dramatically so.. and there was nothing to be alarmed about. Am seeing the doc next week, but does anyone have any ideas what this could all mean?
