Can anyone recommend a (preferably free) parental control/filter thingy please?

Since our laptop had a hissy fit and died malfunctioned we now have Vista Business rather than the normal Vista.

With Vista we used the Parental Control option (just on DDs log-in) that came with it and had no problems.

DP has tried installing the equivalent on this but it applies to all the log-ins, you can't seem to tailor it in the same way ie. it seems to apply to every user, you can't just apply it to one user.

Can anyone recommend an alternative please? Are there any free downloads or do you have to pay for them all?
