PICASSA vs FLICKR...you decide!

I've been uploading all of my digital photos to Picassa web albums so that they are backed up remotely (it also enables me to share pictures of dd's with doting grandparents, all of whom live miles away) but I've now reached my storage limit.

To increase my storage capacity to 10GB, I will need to pay US$10. Is it worth it or is there a better online photo storage alternative?
