so cross.... itunes!

Have spent all week copying all my cds into itunes. Finally finished last night and couldn't be bothered to back them up on disc... thought I'd do it this morning.

Now I wish I had because I can't find them anywhere. They have disappeared from itunes, the folder in My Music and I can't find them in my recycle bin.

Have they gone for good? How can they just disappear?
