Help! Can i insert a word doc as a picture on a ppt?

Basically - select your whole Word doc (CTRL-A) and then copy it (CTRL-C)

Go to your Powerpoint slide, do Paste Special and chose "Picture (Enhanced Metafile)"

I am assuming it is only one page, the Word doc I mean (lapin here, BTW, with a silly name )
