We've got it and it's been pretty good (and cheap) so far, might feel differently when I have to start paying full price for it though.

Had loads of problems with Virgin - the prices seemed to go up as the service went down - and BT Vision is much better in comparison.

So the price on-line isn't real then

Should have known it was too good to be true

Oh yes sorry, it is real, it's just that it's a special offer - I think 6 months or something like that. I got it all installed for nothing, plus a few months free.

So £20 a month is real? or pretend?

There is no monthly rental for BT Vision if you just have the basic package.

Its basically just freeview but with a hard-drive!

I have had it for a few years now and never had any problems at all with it, plus its free

Yep, it's good and free. We find it easy to use .

What channels do you get (I can't find my way round the website)

You get all the freeview channels Katy - is there a specific one you're looking for?

Disney definitely isn't on there, not sure about Trouble or Eurosport - you may have to pay for an upgraded package to get them
