Android phone for small hands

I've had a sony compact for a couple of years and it has died. I don't want to get another sony as I was unhappy with the fact that it didn't survive the 2 year contract.

My small hands really can't manage the normal sized phones. Can anyone recommend a small android phone? Can't be wider than 130mm. The only ones I can find have really low specs, such as the nokia 1. I want a decent phone. I had the same problem with my previous samsung (dying before 2 years) so would rather avoid that. But I can only find Sony and Samsung with mini sized yet decent specs.

Any ideas please?
