Is the mint killing the rhubarb?

I've planted mint quite close to my rhubarb and the rhubarb hasn't been doing well for quite some time now. Could the mint be killing it? Should I move the mint?

I didn't think you could kill rhubarb. I had some that I was trying to get rid of. dug it out year after year and it just came back. This year it came up from under a paving slab and I've now decided I like to eat it. Maybe it will die to serve me right.
I've never heard of mint killing anything although it does spread a lot and it would be easy to move.
