Anyone use Green Thumb or similar?

Our lawn is a mess. Full of weeds. Awful bare patches. I'm thinking about contacting Green Thumb but would like an idea of the ongoing likely costs if anyone can help. Don't know if their prices vary regionally - we're in Essex. Thanks.

We use Green Thumb in Lincolnshire. I am really pleased with the service, originally I wanted them in to try and tidy the grass up a bit as we were getting married and having drinks in the garden after the church. The grass started to look great so I carried on using them!
Have since moved house to a lawn filled with moss and weeds, we've gone for the enhanced package which includes scarifying the lawn and 6 months on its looking healthier. Not perfect but a hell of a lot better than it was, I'm sure it'll take a good year or two for the perennial weeds to be killed off and stop coming back.
Another element I liked, we got a puppy and whilst the guy advised usually it's 2 hours between them treating and letting a dog on to the grass to keep the puppy off for 24 hours. It's small details of care like that, that I really appreciate

Thanks AmI this does sound like the help we need. Do you mind giving me an idea of how much this is costing you? DH seems convinced it works out at about £40 per month, which is a bit too much for us really.

My last garden I was on the basic package but a large plot, that was £24 a month, this garden is over half the size but on the enhanced package is £28.
Im trying to think of size, just had the fence done so I should know this! It's around 20metres wide by 50metres, the house sits right in the middle with front and rear garden about the same size
