Lightweight but strong petrol lawn mower...does it exist?

I'm in need of a petrol lawn mower, having just moved to a house with more lawn, and my electric one died too!
I borrowed my dads one, which is self propelled, as in it has a motor that pushes it along. But it was so incredibly heavy, and I found it unwieldy and difficult to turn too.
I need one that can cope with roughing grass and longer grass, plus one that collects the clippings.
Can anyone recommend one? Is the one that cuts well, collects grass clippings, cops with all sorts of conditions, and isn't too heavy?
( husband muttering 'you want the moon on a stick...!😁😆)

Bump? Anyone want to tell me about their lawn mower? I know it's not quite the season yet, but it is getting warmer...🙂🌱🌿

Have a look at the Honda Izzy range. I have one, like it. It's not light, but I wouldn't say it's unwieldy either.

Wolf Garten do some battery mowers, but not petrol I don't think. We have a Wolf mains electric, and they are very good. However, the battery ones are very expensive.

They can be set to collect cuttings in a box, or mulch them and leave on the lawn - which is said to return nutrients to the soil.

Thanks ladies. I found it surprising that there's not more discussion on the internet in general about types and suitabilities of lawn mowers. I've searched around for personal recommendations or general info, but most of what's there is specific to brands or selling websites. I will have a look at recent Which? Reports.
I usually mow the lawn, not my husband, so I need to know that the mower we buy is ok for me...it'd be an expensive mistake otherwise!

Anyone else got a good lightweight petrol one?

I can manage our Honda. Its very old and I'm not sure what model it is. Grass takes an hour to cut (big lawn) and I have arthritis in wrists and I manage it fine.

They are quite expensive, but did you know there are now several ROBOT mowers?

''Robomow'' is considered one of the best brands.

Bought a Frisky Fox petrol mower from Amazon last year. Well built, easy to use, cuts superbly. MrsTuna is a slightly built five foot and has no problems with it.
