Reasonable price for a gardener to trim 8 foot high, 6 metres long privot hedge

Had a gardener who would do this for £30 plus take rubbish away. Always paid him more for some jobs as felt he under quoted. Really hard physical labour, plus balancing on ladders whilst using power tools. This is why I wouldn't be able/ want to do these jobs myself. Used to when I had a partner. And was able to, much fitter, someone to hold the ladder. Quote from one gardener, very pushy, £ 120
I've had extortionate quotes from friend and family for windows and building work. KInd of made it up with one of them
Windows will be with local quotes from companies I've used before.. Seen as expensive but " friend " "Friends" partners quote was double the quotw

Got hedge done for £50.
