Has my wisteria died?

We moved in to our house late spring last year as the wisteria was in flower, not loads but definitely looking alive. Im a total novice gardener so did a bit of reading about how to prune etc and so did some (tentative) pruning in late summer but forgot to do the winter pruning. This year it's looking decidedly un perky and I keep seeing other peoples wisterias beginning to look lovely.

What do you lot think? Is there anything I can do to revive it?

It looks like it is alive and has buds on. Remember to water it. Once the weather is a bit warmer you could also feed with high potash fertiliser such as dragon's blood (on amazon) which I have never tried but sounds good..

It's bloody baltic out there. Do not panic. Sensible plants, like sensible humans, are waiting for it to get a bit warmer before venturing out in shorts and a T-shirt!

So it's till looking exactly like the pictures, not a hint of any kind of growth beyond the tiny buds. Should I keep being patient or should I do something??

Just wait another week. When you first posted, my wisteria looked exactly the same as yours - today, and what seems out of nowhere, there are suddenly lots of leaves! This is quite late for my wisteria to bud, but I think as has already been said, it's been somewhat nippy until this last week and everything's a bit behind.
